HR Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR and Admin Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on fostering positive employee relations, supporting company programs that enhance engagement and morale, and ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organization. The position also provides administrative assistance to the HR team to help achieve departmental and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and assist in company events, activities, and engagement programs that promote employee satisfaction and teamwork.
- Work closely with the HR Business Partner for Employee Relations in implementing HR initiatives and employee programs.
- Handle internal HR and administrative inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HRIS updates.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS/AB in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Communication Arts, or any related field.
- Experience in HR or administrative work is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
