We are seeking a passionate and driven Web Developer to join our dynamic in-house development team. This role contributes to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of core web applications that drive our leading real estate business. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver who is eager to grow and make a tangible impact.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in web application development.

Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.

Knowledge:

  1. Solid understanding of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

  2. Knowledge of software development cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

  3. Understanding of database concepts and interactions.

Skills:

  1. Proficiency in developing and maintaining web-based applications.

  2. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

  3. Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code,

  4. Capability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Abilities:

  1. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  2. Capacity to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project needs.

  3. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities:

Primary:

  1. Develop, test, and implement new features and applications across our web platforms, from front-end user interfaces to back-end logic.

  2. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for current web applications, ensuring their stability, performance, and reliability.

  3. Collaborate closely with senior developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  4. Design database schemas, write efficient queries, and optimize data interactions for various applications.

  5. Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues and bugs in existing web applications.

Secondary:

  1. Assist in the deployment of new features and applications to staging and production environments.

  2. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of comprehensive technical documentation for developed modules and features.

  3. Participate in code reviews to maintain high quality standards and share best practices.

General:

  1. Continuously seek to improve technical skills and stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
