Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Nursing Licensed;
  • At least 1- 2years' experience in Occupational Health
  • Preferably holds the following training certificates: Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH), BOSHN Certificate (OHNAP), 8hr-Mandatory Seminar for Workers and Integrated Management System Auditor Course

Job Description:

  • Identify potential health risks in the workplace, such as exposure to chemicals, ergonomic issues, and physical dangers.
  • Create and put into action health and safety programs and policies to reduce workplace risks and encourage employee well-being.
  • Conduct routine health checks and screenings to track employees' health and detect job-related health concerns.
  • Offer initial aid and emergency care for injured or unwell employees, including assessment, wound care, and referring them to suitable healthcare providers.
  • Maintain confidential and precise health records for employees, adhering to legal and ethical requirements.
  • Evaluate processes for compliance with IMS requirements
  • Assist in development of audit plans, audit schedules
  • Identify processes, situations, etc., where organization is meeting requirements, as well as identify opportunities for improvement
  • Amenable to be assigned in Bancal, Maguyam Silang Cavite
