Job Title: Company Nurse & Office Assistant

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and versatile Company Nurse who will not only ensure the health and well-being of our employees but also support office operations. Aside from providing basic healthcare services, the role includes assisting with administrative tasks such as managing social media pages, responding to customer inquiries, and helping with day-to-day office needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Healthcare & Wellness

  • Provide first aid treatment and basic medical care to employees as needed.
  • Maintain employee health records and monitor workplace health and safety.
  • Assist in health programs, wellness initiatives, and compliance with occupational safety regulations.
  • Administer medicines and monitor employee health conditions when required.

Office & Administrative Support

  • Manage company social media pages by posting updates and responding to comments/messages.
  • Answer customer inquiries via email, phone, or online platforms in a professional manner.
  • Assist in preparing reports, documents, and other administrative requirements.
  • Coordinate with different departments for office-related tasks and communications.
  • Support general administrative functions.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Nurse (with a valid PRC license).
  • Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Canva or similar tools is an advantage.
  • Organized, flexible, and able to multitask.

Employment Type: Full-time
