Responsibilities:

● Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts

● Preparing journal entries, analyses, schedules and assisting with monthly close processes.

● Assist in the processing of AP Invoices and perform end-of-month reconciliations against supplier statements.

● Assist with job sales invoice preparation

● Assist with the preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations and monthly financial reporting packages

● Prepare Daily Cash Position Report and Bank Reconciliations.

● Preparation of various monthly and annual statutory returns

● Conducting payroll review

● Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audits.

● Assist in maintaining financial records and general ledger accounts of overseas branches and subsidiaries.

● Interacting with head office finance team on a daily basis, perform ad hoc reports and analysis packages as assigned

● Assisting the Financial Controller as needed.

Requirements:

● CPA

● 3+ years of accounting experience.

● Knowledge of all accounting functions and related internal controls, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, and inventory

● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

● Working knowledge of Xero, SAP, Attache, Workbench preferred

● Ability to work independently, prioritize and multi-task.

● Good problem-solving and time management skills.

6am to 3pm Manila

Office based Alabang Muntinlupa City
