About the role

AUXILIA INC' is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Financial Afterpay Account* Voice Account* WFH SET - UP to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time role based in Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila, with the opportunity to work from home. In this position, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound calls from customers and providing professional and courteous service
  2. Assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and account-related tasks
  3. Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
  5. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
  6. Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve customer service skills

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role, preferably in the financial services industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
  6. Fluency in English and Filipino languages
