Job Description:

  • Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
  • Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns.
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports.
  • Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • In-depth knowledge in the AV products, preferably Bose, LG, Samsung, Logitech, Aten, Kramer, Panduit/ Atlona.
  • Proven working experience as Technical Service Engineer.
  • Detail oriented, meticulous and highly organize.
  • Preferably has NC II Certified (National Certificate)
