POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing retail team. This role emphasizes delivering outstanding customer service, presenting products effectively, and creating a welcoming shopping environment. The Sales Associate will also assist with daily store operations while working toward both individual and team sales goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • One (1) to two (2) years of retail sales experience (required).
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with customers.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
  • Experience in online or live selling platforms is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting products, explaining features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle payments according to company procedures.
  • Monitor inventory, restock merchandise, and ensure pricing, promotions, and store standards are consistently maintained.
  • Support the Store Manager and team with daily operations and customer service tasks as needed.
  • Contribute to meeting sales targets through a customer-focused and consultative approach.
  • Recommend complementary or additional products through effective upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor at all times.
  • Assist with marketing and promotional activities, including social media content, live selling sessions, in-store promotions, and campaigns.
  • Keep customers informed of current promotions, special offers, and new product arrivals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized service and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and submit assigned sales reports on a daily or weekly basis.

KEY SKILLS

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with customers through social media channels.
  • Ability to demonstrate products or host live selling sessions is preferred.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Willingness to be assigned to different store or office locations as needed.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Reliable, adaptable, and willing to take on additional responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php600.00 per day
