About the role

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at the Robinsons store in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience to our customers and supporting the overall operations of the store. This is a full-time position, and you will be based at our store in San Nicolas.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and assisting customers in a warm and welcoming manner
  2. Maintaining the store's merchandise and displays to ensure an organised and visually appealing environment
  3. Processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately
  4. Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  5. Restocking and organising merchandise as needed
  6. Adhering to company policies and procedures
  7. Collaborating with the store team to achieve sales and customer service goals

What we're looking for

  1. Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
  2. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  3. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  4. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  5. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential
