Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand and Sales Manager to lead both our brand development and sales growth initiatives. This role is responsible for shaping brand strategy, driving revenue, and ensuring seamless integration between marketing and sales efforts. The ideal candidate combines creativity with commercial acumen, has proven experience in FMCG, distribution, or trading industries, and is proficient in SAP and other business management tools. Key Responsibilities

Brand Management

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to achieve business and growth objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify new opportunities and refine brand positioning.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Ensure brand consistency across advertising, communications, packaging, and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and creative teams to align brand initiatives with business goals.
  • Monitor market and competitor trends to inform marketing and product strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively and assess the performance of campaigns and promotions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, advertising agencies, and key external partners.

Sales Management

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and profitability targets.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor performance to identify new business opportunities.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets, ensuring optimal team performance.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and performance evaluations.
  • Manage key customer accounts, negotiate contracts, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Utilize SAP and CRM systems to track sales performance, manage customer data, and generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure timely product availability and accurate forecasting through SAP-integrated workflows.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand market presence and partnerships.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Brand Management and/or Sales, preferably within FMCG, distribution, or trading sectors.
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding brand and sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of market research, data analysis, and consumer behavior.
  • Proficient in SAP, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Immediate availability is an advantage.
