About the role

E-WORLD STAFFING SERVICES' is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Non-voice Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Munting Ilog Silang Cavite. As a full-time role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other non-voice channels
  • Providing accurate information and effective problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggesting process enhancements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer service

What we're looking for

  • Fresh graduates or those with 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds

  • Proficient in using computer systems, software, and various customer service tools
