We work with premium salons, global brands, and founders. We're building infrastructure — not just content — and we move fast.

This is not an agency with layers. This is a small, high-taste, founder-led team. People here think, decide, and execute.

The Role

This is an executional leadership role — not a "wait for briefs" designer and not a high-level Creative Director who never touches files.

You will:


• Take a narrative or campaign goal and turn it into a visual story


• Define art direction, visual systems, storytelling and execution


• Own how brands show up across web, social, ads, EDMs, and video


• Elevate work before it ships — without being chased

You will work directly with the founder (Creative Director / GTM owner) and be trusted to run visual execution end-to-end.

Who You'll Work With

You'll work directly with Brayden (Founder / Creative Director).

He sets:

* Campaign strategy

* Narrative direction

* Brand positioning

* What needs to be communicated

* Success Metrics

You own:

* How it looks

* How it's executed

* Visual systems

* Art direction

* Storytelling

* Ensuring Dev/Video is following your visual direction

* Approving Dev/Video assets before they go to Brayden for final sign-off

* Briefing in the team on design and narrative

What You'll Be Responsible For

  1. Art Direction & Visual Storytelling (35%)


• Translate campaign goals and narratives into clear visual direction


• Define the look, mood, hierarchy, and emotional tone of campaigns

Create visual concepts that scale across:


• Social


• EDMs


• Ads


• Web


• Video packaging


• Ensure work feels intentional, editorial, and cohesive, not templated

You're not inventing GTM strategy — you're shaping how it looks, feels and the storytelling tools used to communicate the brand.

  1. Brand Execution (Client + YSS) (30%)

Execute and evolve brand systems for:


• Luxury salons


• Beauty brands


• Tech products

Create and maintain:


• Social assets


• EDMs


• Campaign visuals


• Decks and presentations


• Ensure brand consistency while pushing taste forward


• Spot misalignment and fix it before it ships

  1. Web Presentation & Brand Translation (20%)


• Translate brand thinking into web presentation


• Visual hierarchy


• Page structure


• How work, testimonials, and proof are showcased


• Work alongside developers (not build sites)

Remove the founder from needing to:


• Pinterest-scrape


• Collage references


• Over-direct layouts

If a page needs visual clarity or elevation, you own briefing that design into the development team.

  1. Visual Direction for Video & Content (15%)

Support visual direction across:


• Podcast content


• Video clips


• Show packaging


• Motion assets

Ensure consistency between:


• Video


• Motion


• Still assets


• Create systems that allow video + design to feel part of the same world

• Strong portfolio with editorial / luxury sensibility


• Proven execution across brand, social, and campaigns


• Deep understanding of social-first design


• Can take a narrative and turn it into visuals without hand-holding


• Strong taste — and can explain why something works


• Comfortable working directly with a founder


• Proactive, opinionated, self-directed


• Fluent English (written + spoken)

Compensation & Logistics


• $1,750–2,500 USD / month depending on experience


• Full-time contractor (40 hrs/week)
