Role Overview

You will be responsible for providing frontline customer assistance and technical support to clients using the internal workforce management & payroll platform. The role focuses on delivering timely, accurate responses to customer inquiries, troubleshooting common platform issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through clear communication and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or tickets
  • Troubleshoot issues with payroll, rostering, and leave management
  • Guide users on how to best use the platform
  • Escalate complex concerns as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback
  • Log interactions and resolutions accurately

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer support (SaaS/tech preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to explain software features
  • Familiarity with CRMs and ticketing systems

Nice to Have:

  • Background in HRIS/payroll platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP)
  • Knowledge of payroll and workforce management processes
  • Proven record of excellent customer service
