L&B Chemed Systems Inc. is seeking a qualified Chemist or Pharmacist to join our team in a crucial Quality Assurance and Documentation role. As a leading manufacturer of disinfectant products, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and compliance. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in chemistry or pharmacology who is meticulous with data, documentation, and regulatory processes.

What You'll Do:

  • Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and maintain all necessary documentation, including batch records, certificates of analysis (CofA), and safety data sheets (SDS) for our disinfectant products.
  • Quality Control Support: Assist in the implementation and monitoring of quality control procedures, ensuring all products meet established specifications.
  • Compliance and Regulation: Stay current with regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, DOH) and ensure all product documentation is compliant with local and international standards.
  • Analytical Support: Conduct and/or oversee the analysis of raw materials and finished products to verify their quality and potency.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with the production and research and development teams to ensure a smooth flow of information and maintain accurate records from product conception to final distribution.

What You'll Need:

  • Must live in or near Quezon City.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • A valid and active license as a Chemist or Pharmacist in the Philippines.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and regulatory requirements for chemical or pharmaceutical products.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in standard office software and excellent written communication skills for creating and maintaining technical documents.
