  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical) or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive management experience in a manufacturing environment, with significant experience as a Plant or Operations Manager, preferably within the plastics industry (specifically PET, HDPE, or PVC bottle manufacturing is highly desired).
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of plastic bottle manufacturing processes, including blow molding, injection molding, and related tooling/equipment maintenance.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO standards).
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and data analysis to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
