Duties and Responsibilities

  • Leads the team of case pickers and loose pickers in the performance of their task.
  • Delegates task to case pickers, loose pickers, UPC checkers, weighers, packers, pre-checkers, and routers.
  • Oversees the whole operations of case pick, simple and loose transactions and pre-checking for both aircon and ambient (from loose pick to routing).
  • Ensures that the items, quantity, batch number and handling unit will be picked accurately in the specified location as dictated by the system.
  • Ensures "This Side Up" position in packing has been followed.
  • Ensures that the handling unit for loose picks, shipment labels for full case and license plates for case picks are printed and stick accordingly.
  • Ensures accurate weight has been captured during weighing activity.
  • Ensures proper staging of picked loose box and full case as dictated by the system.
  • Ensures DO reference has been written in the picked full case.
  • Monitors output performance of each agency-based employee.
  • Helps investigates the lacking, excess, and wrong item served and resolved through process enhancement if needed.
  • Trains the people and support group prior to deployment in pre-check, case pick and loose pick areas to minimize error that causes delays in operations.
  • Monitors the pending tasks in case based on the initial and final pre-alert that will be sent by FMC around 4:00 pm and 12:00 noon the next day respectively and prioritize it in the picking, upc checking and pre-check activity.
  • Monitors tasks that have not automatically post goods due to item deficit and coordinate with Inventory Management for immediate resolution.
  • Monitors task that have not been interface from SAP to WCS and coordinate any deviation found to UL-CIT group for immediate resolution.
  • Reports any other discrepancies to Outbound Supervisor for resolution.
  • Coordinates with Planners and Immediate Supervisor for resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4 year course
  • Preferably with relevant experience on Logistics/Warehouse Operations
  • Knowledgeable on SAP
  • Knowledgeable in warehouse utilization
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
