Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation activities of the mall facilities systems and equipment (Air-con Systems, refrigeration, fire protection system, STP, water system, among others). Handle equipment activities, environmental compliances and ensure continuous supply of utilities.

  • Supervises a team of technicians in performing equipment trouble shooting, maintenance and On-demand requests.
  • Ensures that all equipment and facilities are in excellent working condition by conducting regular inspection, implementing preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Prepares maintenance schedules, implements standard preventive maintenance program and ensures that all machineries and equipment are working properly and operating effectively and efficiently by applying energy conservation measures.
  • Act as Mall Safety Officer and monitors all safety programs to prevent exposure and decrease liability of the property.
  • Review and Approve engineering plans, of the renovating tenants such as Architectural, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Protection and ensure that it complies with the Philippine Standard Code.
  • Monitor tenant renovation work and ensure that all guidelines are strictly followed.
  • Evaluates engineering plans, cost estimates and scope of works for various projects.
  • Other tasks assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
  • Must be Licensed Electrical Engineer
  • With good communication, reporting skills, (written and verbal)
  • Adhere to the highest standard quality and safety
