Position Title: Architectural Project Support Engineer

Reports To: Construction Manager

Location: Tarlac

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Licensed Architect with extensive site experience to join our team as an Architectural Project Support Engineer. The role will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating architectural works within a manufacturing plant environment, with a strong focus on office fit-outs, central utility buildings, and finishing works. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in commercial and industrial construction projects, with hands-on expertise in architectural detailing, quality assurance, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage on-site architectural works, particularly fit-out and finishing stages for office spaces and facility buildings.
  • Support the Construction Manager in ensuring project execution aligns with architectural plans, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and engineering disciplines to resolve design and construction-related issues.
  • Conduct inspections, monitor workmanship, and enforce compliance with architectural specifications and safety protocols.
  • Provide technical guidance on materials, methods, and finishes suitable for industrial and office environments.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on progress, issues, and resolutions to the Construction Manager.
  • Lead architectural turnover activities, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations and project standards.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Architect (mandatory).
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant site experience, with strong exposure to fit-out and finishing works.
  • Proven background in commercial and industrial building projects, preferably within manufacturing plant settings.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, construction methods, and quality control.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php120,000.00 per month
