We are seeking a highly intelligent, motivated, and strategic Executive Assistant based in Cebu, who is sharp, resourceful, and capable of managing both the big picture and small details. You will work closely with a busy executive, assisting in managing day-to-day operations, special projects, calendar, communication, and coordination tasks—while also providing thoughtful input on business and lifestyle decisions.

This is not your typical EA role. You'll be expected to think ahead, communicate clearly, and bring insights and recommendations—not just take notes. You should be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment and is deeply familiar with Cebu's lifestyle scene.

This is a full-time role, and a Hybrid setup.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Executive Support: Manage calendar, appointments, emails, travel planning, and personal scheduling.
  • Lifestyle Coordination: Research and recommend high-end restaurants, activities, and experiences in and around Cebu.
  • Project & Task Management: Use tools like Asana, Google Workspace, and Excel to keep projects on track and organized.
  • Design & Presentation Support: Assist with slide decks, branding materials, and visual content using Canva and Google Slides.
  • Communication: Draft and respond to professional emails, messages, and reports.
  • Research & Insights: Conduct industry and market research (especially in tech), and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
  • Technology Liaison: Support software-related projects and communicate with development teams; some familiarity with software development concepts is a plus.
  • Strategic Thinking: Offer thoughtful opinions and suggestions—especially when a different perspective is valuable.
  • Cross-Cultural Fluency: Navigate communication and collaboration with US-based teams and partners, understanding Western business etiquette and tone.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Location: Based in Cebu, Philippines (knowledgeable about Cebu's upscale food and leisure scene)
  • Experience: 2–4 years in an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar role
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Mindset: Strategic, thoughtful, proactive, respectful—but unafraid to speak up
  • Cultural Fluency: Comfortable with U.S. business culture, etiquette, and communication style
  • Tools Proficiency:
  • Asana or other task/project management platforms
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
  • Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level or higher)
  • Canva or basic design/presentation tools

  • Basic understanding of software development workflows (e.g., Agile, Git, APIs, or product development cycles)
  • Previous experience supporting C-level executives
