Ortigas, Philippines The New APEC Development Corporation Full time $40,000 - $60,000 per year
  • Reviews survey works; this includes verification, relocation, topographic survey.
  • Accompany the survey team, from time to time, in actual field surveys to familiarize himself in the actual site condition.
  • Process raw data, analyze survey system to be adopted (upon due consultation with the Dept. Head and Instrument Man) and prepare survey plans and reports.
  • Furnish the Instrument Man with the final relocation plan, coordinates of control stations and lot corners for monumenting.
  • Preparation of Relocation plan and Topographic plan.
  • Coordinate with survey contractors regarding farmed-out survey works.
  • Prepare survey returns and plans for approval by the Bureau of Lands or Land Registration Authority.

Job Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Geodetic Engineering;
  • Must be knowledgeable with AutoCAD and GE Survey software;
  • Highly analytical with strong problem solving and people skills;
  • Executes tasks with utmost professionalism and integrity.
  • Team lead to Senior role is also available for experienced Geodetic Engineers - Technical Descriptions Plotting, Lot Plan & Vicinity Mapping, and/or Verified Survey Returns (VSR)
  • Amenable to start immediately

Work Conditions

  • Ortigas-based but conducts site visits in CALABARZON IV-A or Central Luzon from time to time.
