About the role

Join the highly regarded QC team at LMTP Corporation as a QC Supervisor. In this full-time role based in Calamba City, Laguna, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the quality and safety of LMTP's manufacturing processes and outputs. As a QC Supervisor, you will lead a team of QC inspectors to oversee quality control across the company's operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage a team of QC inspectors and technicians, providing guidance, training and performance feedback
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures, processes and documentation to uphold the highest quality standards
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address quality issues
  • Analyse quality data and generate insightful reports to inform continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with production, engineering and other stakeholders to resolve quality concerns
  • Ensure the company's quality management system remains compliant with relevant industry regulations and standards

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years' experience in a quality assurance or control role, ideally in a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in quality management principles, tools and best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in using quality management software and data analysis tools
  • Relevant qualifications in quality assurance, engineering or a related technical discipline
