The Head of AI Architecture will be the driving force behind defining the organization's vision and strategy for AI-driven platforms and solutions. This role is accountable for setting the architectural foundation for model development, deployment, and AI-enabled products—ensuring they are scalable, secure, resilient, and strategically aligned with enterprise objectives.

  • Define and evolve the enterprise-wide AI architecture strategy, frameworks, and standards to align with long-term goals.
  • Oversee architecture decisions across AI systems, from data pipelines to inference services and intelligent applications.
  • Scout, evaluate, and prototype emerging AI technologies, driving innovation from concept to scalable solutions.
  • Establish and enforce responsible AI governance, ensuring transparency, fairness, compliance, and security.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the AI architecture team while partnering with technology leaders to implement modernization initiatives.

Must have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field; PhD is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 years in software or systems architecture, including at least 5 years in AI/ML.
  • Proven leadership with 3+ years in a head architect or equivalent senior role.
