Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet clients and customers in a pleasant and courteous manner.
  • Direct clients and customers to the appropriate person and area.
  • Answer telephone and email inquiries.
  • Manage appointments and schedules.
  • Handle cash payments and bank transfers.
  • Provide professional and efficient service to clients and customers.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Receptionist/ Front Desk Representative/ Administrative Assistant.
  • Must be a Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management/ Office Administration/ Marketing Management/ Tourism.
  • With basic pre-employment documents (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, TIN, NBI).
  • Willing to work onsite in BGC Taguig.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Work Schedule:

  • Tuesday to Sunday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Taguig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Front Desk Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
