The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, supporting sales target achievement, and maintaining the overall presentation and organization of the Butterfly Twists store. The role also assists the Team Leader with daily operations, accurate cashiering, and proper inventory management.

Duties & Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

  • Assist in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Provide courteous and knowledgeable customer service.
  • Promote and properly display merchandise according to visual standards.
  • Maintain a positive and professional store environment.

Cashiering

  • Operate the POS system accurately and handle payments properly.
  • Record and reconcile sales transactions with accuracy.
  • Follow all cashiering and financial procedures.

Inventory & Merchandising

  • Assist in receiving, tagging, and displaying merchandise.
  • Monitor stock levels and report fast/slow-moving items and damages.
  • Support cycle counts, physical inventories, and stock transfers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area and stockroom.

Store Operations

  • Support the Team Leader in maintaining store cleanliness, safety, and security.
  • Assist in implementing promotions and marketing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Accountability

  • Providing excellent customer service and supporting sales goals.
  • Ensuring accuracy in cashiering, transactions, and inventory handling.
  • Maintaining store cleanliness, product presentation, and compliance with standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Atleast 2nd year college level or graduate of Senior High School.
  • Atleast 6 months experience in retail or in customer service.
  • Inclined in Sports is an advantage.
  • Must possess a customer relation skill.
  • Willing to work mall hours operation
