Sr. Coordinator - Enterprise Payments, Check Disbursements

Summary

• Check Disbursements Operations
• Manages the processing and posting of Card Check Disbursements, Branded Book, Partnerships, and COAF accounts of eligible Capital One customers who can receive credit balance refunds, credit card reward redemptions, balance transfers, and other card disbursements from Capital One via paper check or electronically.

General Responsibilities:

• Check Disbursements Operations
• Perform research and monetary adjustment transactions generated from internal and external sources
• Managing case inventory effectively
• Communicate/ correspond with branches, internal departments, external financial institutions, and the Federal Reserve as necessary.
• Proactively identify operational and /or customer experience issues
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in resolving adjustment transaction
• Interact with other departments and banks to find best solutions
• Other responsibilities as assigned by management

Basic Qualifications:

• Two (2) years college level education or equivalent bank work experience
• At least 1 year experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite Strong attention to detail and with good judgment

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of customer service or banking experience

Eligibility Criteria for IJP:

• Associate must have a recent rating of at least a "Strong" or above
• Associate's current time in position, as noted on Workday is greater than or equal to 6 months
• Associate is not actively on any type of a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)
• Associate must not have any written warning corrective action and up in any stage of the application process
• Associate must meet all minimum requirements and Basic Qualifications (BQs) of the job, as outlined in the internal job posting

NOTES:

• Work Setup: B&M / Onsite
• Work Schedule: 5 PM to 2 AM Manila Time, Mondays to Fridays, Weekends Off (may vary during training)
• Preferably open to GURUs and Sr. Ops Rep from Bank Operations
• Promotion through IJP is only up to Senior Associate level for Operations Groups
• Requisition open under local terms
• Candidate must have appropriate paperwork to work in the Philippines
