
Transformation & Communication Management Specialist - Hybrid

Objective of the Position:
The Transformation & Communication Management Specialist plays a critical role in enabling global HR transformation through communications, process innovation, and organizational development support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver high-impact communication materials (presentations, articles, slide decks) tailored to global audiences and transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate and document global HR trainings, workshops, and meetings to ensure alignment across the organization.
- Create and manage HR-related content across internal platforms, ensuring clarity, consistency, and relevance.
- Design, deploy, and analyze HR-related surveys to capture employee insights and inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with HR practitioners and support change management efforts.
- Oversee the technical setup and content management of Infopoint and other related internal platforms.
- Monitor and evaluate key transformation KPIs on a regular basis to assess progress, and support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Psychology, Business Management, or HR
- 5–7 years' experience in Human Resources, Corporate Communications, Change Management, Transformation, or Organizational Development in a services organization
- Proficient in MS Office; basic knowledge of collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint)
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Flexible to work shifts (APAC, EMEA, or NA)
- Open to administrative tasks within scope
- For BPO/outsourcing backgrounds: minimum average tenure of 3 years per role/company
- Experience in HR, organizational development, or change management within a global or shared services environment.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate ideas into clear, engaging content.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in survey tools and data visualization
- Able to understand business needs and identify trends through data tracking and reporting.
- Collaborative, flexible, and solutions-oriented with a proactive mindset.
