We are looking for a Finance Analyst to support our accounting and finance functions, as we continue to expand our property portfolio. You are a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for accuracy and a strong sense of ownership in your work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Keep track of pre-opening expenses for multiple properties across regions
  • Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable (AP) invoices related to pre-opening and CAPEX
  • Ensure timely payment of accounts and adherence to budget guidelines
  • Conduct regular bank and account reconciliations
  • Track all reimbursable expenses and issue corresponding invoices to property owners
  • Assist with month-end closing processes
  • Support the finance team with various ad hoc accounting and finance-related tasks

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
  • 3-5 years of experience doing Financial Reporting
  • 3-5 years of experience in Bank, Asset, Revenue reconciliation
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in general accounting
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Proactive, with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn new processes
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Sheets (frequently used)
  • Knowledge of Xero is a plus
  • Reliable, with excellent work ethics
