About the role

Tritech Macrosystem Inc. is seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team as a QA/QC (Quality Assurance and Quality Control) professional. In this full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the high quality and safety standards of our construction projects. Your expertise in mechanical engineering and quality control will be instrumental in the successful delivery of our client's projects.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control plans for construction projects
  2. Conduct on-site inspections and audits to monitor compliance with specifications, codes, and regulations
  3. Identify and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner
  4. Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and suppliers to address quality concerns
  5. Maintain detailed records and documentation of quality control activities

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  2. At least 1 year of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within the construction industry (open for freshly licensed mechanical engr)
  3. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards
  4. Proficient in using quality control tools and software
  5. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  8. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
