Job Qualifications:

  • At least Highschool Graduate
  • Basic knowledge of DOLE and RA 11058 Safety regulations and standards.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • At least with COSH Certificate and Standard First Aid Training Certificate (if available)
  • With at least 1 year experience in a construction industry especially in structural set up.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Description:

  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.
  • Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of safety training programs.
  • Maintain safety records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with senior safety officers and associates to address safety concerns.
  • Promote a culture of safety awareness among all employees.
  • Stay updated on industry safety standards and regulations.
  • Support the Emergency Response Team in emergency response planning and drills.
  • Conduct Health and Safety orientation for the newly hired employees
  • Regular inspection and proper monitoring of power tools, vehicles, PPE and equipment.
