JOB SUMMARY:

You will play a critical role in the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of learning programs. This position is perfect for someone who loves both the strategy and execution behind effective learning.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Needs Analysis: Plan and conduct diagnostics for client engagements, and prepare insight-rich final reports.
  • Program Design: Research and create fresh, relevant content and experiential learning activities tailored to client needs.
  • Material Development: Craft high-impact training materials — from workbooks and structured exercises to case studies and presentation decks.
  • Delivery & Facilitation: Facilitate or support the facilitation of training programs, including energizers, simulations, and structured learning exercises.
  • End-to-End Experience Management: Oversee planning, coordination, and seamless execution of learning sessions.
  • Training Documentation: Capture session outputs including activity flow, trainer insights, key participant feedback, photos/videos, and questions raised.
  • Reporting: Prepare professional post-workshop reports and documentation.
  • Other Duties: Support ad hoc initiatives or projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate Level: 1+ year of experience in Training/L&D (Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome).
  • Specialist Level: 3+ years of Training/L&D experience.
  • Officer Level: 6+ years in Training/L&D, with experience leading projects and working directly with clients.

You must also be skilled in:

  • Project and time management across multiple simultaneous initiatives.
  • Communicating clearly and confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinating, negotiating, and executing deliverables on time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php26, Php60,000.00 per month
