We are a fast-growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) health & wellness company scaling internationally with fulfillment in the U.S. and global remote teams. We are completing a major NetSuite implementation and are looking for a strategic CFO in Manila to take ownership of financial leadership, system optimization, and AI-driven profitability analysis.

This is a rare opportunity to join a U.S. founder-led company that is preparing for a future exit and needs a forward-thinking CFO to guide financial visibility, discipline, and growth.

Role Overview

The CFO will take over the final phase of our NetSuite implementation and closeout, working closely with our NetSuite project manager and internal developer. From there, you will optimize the platform for forecasting, reporting, and cash visibility across every lever of the business.

You will be expected to go beyond accounting—this role requires deep commercial finance experience in DTC or BPO environments, with the ability to connect unit economics, CAC/LTV, supply chain costs, and AI-powered financial modeling into actionable strategies.

The CFO will own profitability tracking down to the most granular level, shaping bonus structures, investment decisions, and exit planning.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead NetSuite closeout and optimization, ensuring reporting, controls, and forecasting are fully functional.

● Partner with our NetSuite project manager and developer to train internal teams and document workflows.

● Build a financial model that captures true profitability by SKU, channel, and campaign.

● Work with the CEO and Head of Growth to align CAC/LTV, retention, and cash flow levers into profitability decisions.

● Design bonus programs tied to measurable profitability outcomes.

● Implement AI-enabled reporting and forecasting tools to future-proof the finance function.

● Guide the company's financial readiness for exit, including audit preparedness, investor-grade reporting, and governance.

● Manage banking, treasury, tax, and compliance in coordination with global advisors.

● Mentor and develop the finance team in Manila and South America.

Requirements

● 10+ years of senior finance leadership experience (CFO/VP Finance/Controller).

● Proven background in DTC/e-commerce or BPO/outsourcing.

● Direct experience leading or optimizing NetSuite (implementation closeout a major plus).

● Advanced modeling skills with deep knowledge of unit economics, contribution margin, and CAC/LTV frameworks.

● Comfort with AI-driven analytics, automation, and data warehouse integrations.

● Ability to operate in a high-growth, founder-led, remote global team.

● CPA, CMA, or MBA strongly preferred.
