About the role

We are a fast growing green energy investor and developer building a comprehensive clean energy ecosystem in the Philippines. The CEO will lead the country business and a multi gigawatt project pipeline in renewables and LNG, driving strategy, financing, delivery, and partnerships while ensuring world class governance and ESG compliance.

What you will do

  • Set the long term vision and growth strategy for renewable energy and LNG projects in line with the Group plan and budget.
  • Originate, structure, and execute large scale power projects, from development through operations.
  • Own P and L, budgets, capital allocation, and investment oversight to deliver sustainable shareholder value.
  • Ensure strong corporate governance, regulatory compliance, ESG, and enterprise risk management.
  • Build and lead a high performance senior leadership team and succession pipeline.
  • Serve as the primary spokesperson and relationship owner with government, investors, partners, media, and communities.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • Fifteen to twenty years of progressive leadership in energy, covering renewables, LNG, or power generation, with a record of delivering large scale projects.
  • Depth in strategy, P and L management, corporate governance, and stakeholder engagement at the highest levels. Prior experience as CEO or Country Director in a multinational or large enterprise is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management, strong financial acumen, outstanding negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of ESG and regulatory frameworks, and the ability to operate effectively in a multicultural environment.
