    (With Architectural background_

    (Open to Fresh Grad or unlicensed architects)

WORK LOCATION: CENTURY CITY, Makati

Job Qualifications (Job Type: Full-time):

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Major in Architecture or related field
  • With excellent communication skills
  • One (1) year of architectural experience including use of CAD technology
  • Meets with requesters to determine requirements of projects; determines feasibility of project and prepares cost estimates.
  • Knowledgeable in the Technical side of Architecture (Engineering, Structural, etc.)
  • Experience with preparing and reviewing Abstract of Bid, Purchase Request, Terms of Reference (TOR), pre bid conference to determine potential contractors and suppliers for estates maintenance.
  • Knowledge in Photoshop, Video editing, outsourcing and presentation is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 per month
