Job Summary:

The Delivery Rider is responsible for the prompt and safe delivery of ORO Socks and OMG Cosmetics products to customers, retail partners, and other delivery points. This role ensures proper handling of goods, accurate documentation, and excellent customer service while representing the company professionally on the road.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate a motorcycle to deliver products to assigned locations
  • Verify and check delivery items against delivery documents before departure
  • Ensure timely delivery following assigned schedules and routes
  • Maintain good condition and cleanliness of the assigned motorcycle
  • Handle goods carefully to prevent damage during transit
  • Secure signed proof of delivery or payment when required
  • Follow all traffic regulations and company delivery policies
  • Report any delays, issues, or incidents to the Logistics Supervisor immediately
  • Assist in loading and unloading goods as needed

Qualifications:
  • At least High School Graduate or equivalent
  • With valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction 1 and 2)
  • At least 1 year of motorcycle delivery driving experience (preferred)
  • Knowledgeable of Metro Manila and nearby provincial routes
  • Can perform basic motorcycle maintenance
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy
  • Physically fit and able to lift packages if necessary
  • Willing to work on-site and on flexible schedules
