About the Role

We are looking for a Delivery Rider to join our team under Fastrack Multi-Purpose Cooperative. The role involves ensuring safe and on-time deliveries, maintaining vehicle care, and providing professional service to clients. This is a short-term project role, ideal for responsible and hardworking riders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safe and timely delivery of items to designated locations
  • Safely deliver items to assigned destinations in Makati, Manila, and Laguna
  • Handle company packages with care and maintain proper documentation
  • Follow traffic rules, safety regulations, and company policies
  • Provide polite and professional customer service during deliveries
  • Conduct basic vehicle inspections and maintenance reporting
  • Support logistics operations when needed

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License
  • With or without own motorcycle
  • With prior delivery or courier experience (advantage)
  • Familiar with major routes and areas in Manila, Makati, and Laguna
  • Physically fit and able to carry packages or items for delivery
  • Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, or extended hours if required

Compensation & Benefits:

  • ₱695 per day minimum rate
  • Overtime pay (if applicable)
  • Vehicle maintenance allowance
  • Statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
  • Cooperative benefits including dividends and patronage refund
