What You Bring to the Team

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or compliance roles
  • Experience with technology platforms, including Meta Business Manager, Google Workspace, Slack, ticketing systems, and AI tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

What You'll Be Doing

  • Adhere to all network brand standards and procedures
  • Maintain consistent and efficient support across all global F45 Training brands and divisions
  • Respond via FIT House of Brands preferred ticketing platform (Freshdesk) in a professional and friendly manner
  • Serve as a point of contact for the franchise network on compliance issues
  • Liaise with internal teams on behalf of franchisees to ensure timely resolution
  • Provide accurate information to resolve brand compliance issues efficiently
  • Identify and escalate compliance questions without solutions articles
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of knowledge base articles
  • Escalate compliance issues not resolved in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to deliver required service levels
  • Proactively contact studios not in brand compliance to ensure adherence within the timeframe provided
  • Track compliance issues accurately on provided platforms and documents
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude and strong commitment to delivering outstanding support

  • Enhance brand compliance and standards across all locations globally
  • Ensure all compliance issues are raised with excellent attention to detail
  • Complete projects assigned by divisional and senior leadership successfully and on time
