We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our fast-paced restaurant operations. The ideal candidate is results-driven, customer-oriented, and capable of managing both people and processes to ensure smooth and efficient store performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure excellent customer service
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and food quality guidelines
  • Handle cash management, sales reports, and store profitability
  • Address customer concerns and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales and operational targets

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months to 1 years experience as a Store Manager or Supervisor in a fast-food or retail setting
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of inventory management and basic financial reporting
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
