  • Create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings of lighting fixtures, furniture, and décor products based on sketches, specifications, or CAD drawings.
  • Interpret design briefs and collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Production to ensure visual accuracy.
  • Apply realistic materials, finishes, textures, and correct lighting effects suitable for metalwork, glass, fabric, resin, and artisan finishes.
  • Produce multiple iterations of product renderings for concept development, line reviews, and customer presentations.
  • Prepare clean, well-organized files optimized for rendering and internal workflows.
  • Generate product scene renders, including styled environments, for catalogs, ecommerce, and marketing use.
  • Support rapid visualization needs for new product ideas, prototypes, and custom designs.
  • Maintain a library of materials, textures, finishes, hardware, and lighting effects.
  • Coordinate with marketing to ensure renders match brand aesthetics and are optimized for print and digital use.
  • Work with engineering teams to ensure renderings align with actual product construction.
  • Follow production schedules and meet deadlines for product launches, customer requests, and sampling calendars.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Multimedia Arts, Architecture, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred but not required if experience is strong).
  • 2+ years experience in 3D modeling and rendering; experience in lighting or furniture is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in 3D software such as:
  • 3ds Max / V-Ray
  • Blender
  • KeyShot
  • SolidWorks Visualize
  • SketchUp with rendering plugins
  • Strong understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, and shadows in rendering.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, dimensioned sketches, and sample photos.
  • Experience with decorative lighting components (metal frames, shades, glass tubes/panels, finishes, LED modules) is a strong plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail, color accuracy, and visual quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Good communication skills; ability to collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of product development for export manufacturing.
  • Experience creating exploded views, assembly visuals, or technical illustrations.
  • Familiarity with handmade / artisan finishes common in Pampanga-based manufacturing.
  • Basic experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Lightroom.
