We're seeking a detail-driven and solutions-focused 3D Designer to support our commercial construction projects with highly accurate take-offs, BOMs, and proposal visuals. If you are someone who thrives on precision, critical thinking, and structured workflows and you love turning construction drawings into real-world-ready outputs, this hybrid technical role could be a perfect fit. You will work closely with Estimating, Operations, and Install teams to ensure every design is costed accurately, constructible, and presented professionally. Your ability to flag risks, follow QA processes, and communicate clearly will be key to delivering audit-ready handover packs with minimal rework.

In this role, you will create realistic 3D visuals using tools like SketchUp and Photoshop. You will be confident navigating RFIs, collaborating across disciplines, and adjusting to evolving project specs. If you have a strong eye for detail, a structured approach to documentation, and the ability to independently resolve scope issues, we would love to see your work, especially if your proposal visuals have helped win tenders or guide installations.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience as a 3D Designer with a strong background in modelling or fit-out projects.
  • Experience creating SketchUp models for proposals and installations.
  • Experience preparing take-offs for large-scale construction projects (e.g. warehouses, logistics) in AU or NZ.
  • Ability to produce client-ready renders (SketchUp/Photoshop) showing real site context. Proven experience in estimating with construction or manufacturing
  • Willingness to work UK shift hours.
  • Willingness to work in or relocate to Angeles City.
