Job Description:

Salary Range: 25, ,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 6am - 3pm

Responsibilities:

  • Space planning and drafting of detailed floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings for medical facilities, ensuring compliance with Australian industry standards and regulations.
  • Utilizing CAD software to develop accurate 2D drawings and 3D models of medical spaces, incorporating client specifications and design requirements.
  • Generating photorealistic 3D renderings and visualizations to help clients visualize the final look and feel of their medical facilities.
  • Maintaining organized project files and documentation, including design revisions and communication with stakeholders
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years equivalent experience in architecture or drafting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar CAD software for 2D drafting and 3D modelling.
  • Familiar with Australian standards and building codes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Prior experience in medical facility design or healthcare architecture will be highly considered.
  • Portfolio showcasing previous design projects, including floor plans, construction drawings, and 3D renderings.
  • Required language: Proficient in English, writing, and speaking.
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Must be hardworking, disciplined, and have a positive working attitude.
