Key Roles:

Brand Development

  • Develop and execute brand strategies to position the company's product as desirable, top-of-mind real estate options.
  • Conduct market research to understand target audience preferences, competitors, and market trends, using insights to refine brand strategies.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create impactful marketing collateral, including social media content, websites, and advertisements.

Events Management

  • Create event marketing plans that maximize exposure and lead generation.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor marketing events such as property launches, open houses, sales caravan, and other client engagement events to attract potential buyers.
  • Ensure seamless coordination of all event aspects, adhering to timelines and budgets.

Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Set clear objectives and KPIs for team members, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and career growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as Marketing Officer, preferably within the real estate industry
  • Master's in marketing or related program is preferred but not required
  • Skills certifications in digital marketing, CRM, etc. are preferred but not required
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficient in project management and digital marketing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leadership Skills
  • Creative, innovative, and adaptable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
