Overview:

As a CRM Automation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation and enhancement of our CRM solutions by creating automated workflows in the GoHighLevel CRM. Streamline customer interactions, improve service delivery, and support our operations team in maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement CRM automation workflows within the GoHighLevel platform.
  • Collaborate with the operations and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into efficient CRM processes.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and optimize the CRM integration to ensure smooth operation and user satisfaction.
  • Document processes and provide training or support to internal users to improve CRM adoption and utilization.

  • Experience in automation tools and optimizing business processes.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Familiarity with the trucking or logistics industry.
  • Experience with other CRM systems or related platforms.
  • Relevant certifications in CRM or automation technologies would be an advantage
