About the role
As a Team Leader with Mazwin Inc., you will play a pivotal role in leading and inspiring a team of talented customer service professionals to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients. In this full-time position based in Marikina City, Metro Manila, you will leverage your exceptional communication and people management skills to ensure your team delivers on key performance metrics while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
What you'll be doing
- Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of a team of customer service representatives
- Provide hands-on guidance, coaching and mentoring to help team members develop their skills and reach their full potential
- Monitor team and individual performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective strategies to drive results
- Collaborate with the wider contact centre leadership team to identify and implement process improvements
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex customer inquiries and complaints
- Foster a positive, engaging team culture that encourages open communication and teamwork
- Contribute to the development and execution of workforce planning activities
