About the role

As a Team Leader with Mazwin Inc., you will play a pivotal role in leading and inspiring a team of talented customer service professionals to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients. In this full-time position based in Marikina City, Metro Manila, you will leverage your exceptional communication and people management skills to ensure your team delivers on key performance metrics while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of a team of customer service representatives
  2. Provide hands-on guidance, coaching and mentoring to help team members develop their skills and reach their full potential
  3. Monitor team and individual performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective strategies to drive results
  4. Collaborate with the wider contact centre leadership team to identify and implement process improvements
  5. Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex customer inquiries and complaints
  6. Foster a positive, engaging team culture that encourages open communication and teamwork
  7. Contribute to the development and execution of workforce planning activities
