Headhunter (HR)

We are seeking a Headhunter. This position will be responsible for searching suitable candidates and upload at least 3 valid resumes in each week into our recruitment system. Managing end-to-end recruitment for our clients from job posting, sourcing, screening, selection of the right candidates, offer negotiation etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source, identify, and screen candidates for a variety of roles
• Submit a minimum of three qualified resumes each week into the recruitment system
• Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date candidate records
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand and align with hiring needs

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment
• Language: Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Work Environment: Reliable computer and a stable internet connection within a quiet, professional home office setup
• Work Style: Able to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a flexible remote setting

Compensation:

• A payment of $10 USD will be issued for each valid resume submitted. A "valid resume" is defined as one that has been reviewed and approved by our company's Project Manager. An additional, one-time payment of $15 USD will be provided for each candidate who proceeds to an interview. This fee is not recurring.
• Headhunters are eligible for a commission after their recommended candidate receives a job offer and we receive payment from the client. The commission amount will be calculated after deducting the headhunter's annual base costs.
• All payments will be settled monthly. Fees for the previous month (from the 1st to the 31st) will be distributed before the 15th of the following month.
