About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Associate to support our growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing sales. This role is ideal for someone confident, personable, and comfortable engaging with clients across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound and inbound leads
- Present company services and solutions to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Negotiate proposals and close deals aligned with company targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Travel as needed to meet and visit clients
Qualifications & Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
- Experience in training, management consultancy, or professional services industry is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
- Pleasing personality with a professional and confident demeanor
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working remotely
- Willing and flexible to travel for client meetings when required
