Prior to the shutdown of its broadcast operations in 2020, ABS-CBN was the largest television network in the Philippines. As a radio broadcast company, it operated 22 radio stations including anchor radio stations in Mega Manila, DZMM and DWRR, in the AM and FM bands, respectively.

The company delivers television programming outside of the Philippines to over 3 million viewers in North America, the Middle East, Europe, Japan, Australia, Canada, and other countries in Asia, through the internet and the Company's global distribution platform, TFC, using DTH satellite service, cable television channels, IPTV, mobile applications and video streaming services. Its offerings are further complemented by subsidiaries focused on other multimedia services such as film production, music recording, telecommunications, and magazine and book publishing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Copywriter is responsible for producing copy to help create compelling content across various digital platforms and marketing campaigns. The Copywriter collaborates with other teams to analyze performance and align content with business goals. Strong communication skills, creativity, and strategic thinking are essential for this role.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

  • Copywriting and Content Strategy: Create copy for high-quality content, including, but not limited to, video, articles, art cards, infographics, social media captions, and memes and conceptualize creative campaign ideas, pitch engaging executions, and recommend communication strategies tailored to address business needs.

  • Content Performance Analysis: Work with partner teams to measure the performance of content, and pivot as needed.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the design team and other departments to align content with broader marketing and business initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Media or any related field
  • 1+ year experience in the field of advertising, marketing, or media / communications
  • Experience in

  • Good communication skill and people skills
  • Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft apps (Word, Powerpoint, Excel), Google products (Doc, Slides, Sheets)
