Job description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make outbound calls to reconnect or follow up with customers and provide support for service booking.
  • Play a vital role in the timely and effective resolution of customers/technical issues by escalating them to dealership support or management as necessary.
  • Accurately enter/update customer information and interactions into the company's database or CRM system.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
  • Keep up-to-date on the dealership's products, services, and promotions, as this knowledge is key to providing accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and issue resolution rates.
  • Assist customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to address complex customer issues.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related field preferred
  • With at least 1-2 years of experience in marketing or communications
  • Self-starter, driven, out-of-the box thinker and web savvy
  • Must be highly creative and innovative
  • Ability to present materials and communicate in writing in a fluent and logical manner
  • Above average oral and written communication skills
