CHEF DE PARTIE
The CDP is responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, sauce, pastry) and ensuring that food preparation, production, and presentation meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee a specific station within the kitchen and ensure efficient and timely food production.
· Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness.
· Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu planning and daily operations.
· Supervise and mentor staff, including kitchen assistants.
· Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
· Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs.
· Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
· Participate in training and development initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php33, Php37,000.00 per month
