Role Purpose

The Insights & Performance Manager is responsible for transforming data into actionable direction. This role serves as the central hub for analysis, drawing insights from CRM systems and other reporting tools to drive accountability, support informed decision-making, and align functional leaders. The purpose of the position is to ensure every team—Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience—has clear, evidence-based visibility into their performance, enabling the organization to operate with precision, focus, and agility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Insights & Reporting
  • Own and manage the company's CRM reporting suite, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Translate live CRM and customer data into clear, actionable insights for functional heads and the General Manager.
  • Develop and deliver weekly performance dashboards and monthly deep-dive reviews across all functions.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis to support business cases, proposals, and growth opportunities.
  • Performance Management & Accountability
  • Define, track, and report on KPIs across sales, marketing, operations, and customer experience.
  • Create scorecards and metrics to hold teams accountable to agreed outcomes.
  • Identify risks and performance gaps early, presenting solutions rather than just data.
  • Support leaders in setting realistic targets aligned with business objectives.
  • Strategic Decision Support
  • Partner with functional heads to prioritise initiatives based on data-led insights.
  • Highlight opportunities for growth (e.g., under-served customer segments, sales conversion bottlenecks).
  • Provide commercial insights to support pricing strategies, product focus, and market development.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Serve as a neutral insights resource across the business, helping to reduce siloed decision-making.
  • Facilitate more objective, data-driven discussions in management meetings.
  • Align metrics and reporting to the company's strategic goals, ensuring clarity on what matters most.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Timely delivery of weekly dashboards and monthly insight reports.
  • Improved functional accountability and clarity (measured through management feedback).
  • Reduced reactive issue handling and conflicts through objective insights.
  • Demonstrated business improvements resulting from insights (e.g., sales conversion rates, customer retention, marketing ROI).
  • Increased CRM adoption and reliance across the business.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong background in sales operations, commercial analytics, or business performance roles.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (experience in Prospect CRM, Salesforce, or similar highly desirable).
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable business insights.
  • Commercially oriented mindset with a strong understanding of customer lifecycle and sales processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to influence non-analytical stakeholders.
  • High level of initiative, curiosity, and ownership—comfortable working in a small, fast-paced business environment.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Manila Time

Work Location:

  • Hybrid set-up
  • Hired staff are expected to report to the office at least 10 times/month (remaining working days are WFH)
  • Should have a strong internet connection (minimum of 20 MBPS)
