Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Business Growth Manager to drive financial growth by hosting sales, forging strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role involves expanding our market presence through new customer acquisition, strategic partnerships, and innovative approaches to revenue generation across nationwide territories.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales:
- Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, services, and innovative ways to reach existing markets
- Foster and develop relationships with customers, clients, partners, sponsors, and donors to generate repeat business and find new opportunities
- Negotiate and close deals with new clients and partners
- Lead business development strategies to drive financial growth and improve profitability
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic growth plans to increase revenue and market share
- Position brands/products in appropriate markets and enhance business operations
- Create and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Train members of your team and arrange external training where appropriate
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure client needs are met and strategies are aligned
- Ensure staff awareness of organizational changes and required adaptations
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities
- Ability to identify opportunities and develop actionable strategies
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or client relationship management
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel nationwide as needed
- Middle management experience preferred
